Meet Chef Frederik Terrible at 9:00 am in Frederiksberg for a hands-on Danish pastry class. You’ll knead, roll, fold, fill, and bake several pastries, then enjoy them with coffee or tea. Recipes arrive by email, and the class usually sends you home with far more pastry than expected.
